Sessions
You don’t have to know what Focusing is, or arrive with a clear account of what is wrong. We can begin with what is there.
Room to notice
We talk, and we also make time to slow down and notice how something is living in you now. I may invite you to pause with a word, a feeling, an image, or a sense that is not yet clear. You can decide what to say aloud and what to keep to yourself.
I don’t diagnose you, and I don’t begin by telling you what to do. My part is to listen closely and help you stay with what needs your attention, at a pace that feels workable.
Sometimes the work is quiet. Sometimes a small shift says more than an explanation could. We don’t need to decide beforehand what should happen.
Trying it out
- We meet online.
- Your first session is free.
- Afterward, you select your fee from suggested amounts. There is no package or long-term commitment.
- Focusing can be used alongside psychotherapy, recovery programs, or other forms of care.
These sessions are not psychotherapy or crisis care. If you need immediate help or emergency support, contact local emergency services or a crisis service where you are.
